Services Appointments Should Not Be Booked Until After The Consultation
-I DO NOT work over other peoples work, their work has to be completely taken out before completing the new service.
-ALL COLOR services bundles or natural hair REQUIRE A MANDATORY consultation. You have to have healthy hair to receive color.
-If you are arriving pre washed, your hair must be properly free of any leave in conditioner, dandruff, gel, or edge control
-LATENESS: Arriving late will limit the time of your service. At the 10 min mark an additional $10 will be added. In the circumstance that I am running late $10 will be removed. At the 20 minute mark your appointment will be canceled.
-NO CALL NO SHOW: Will receive a Full service charge and will no longer be able to book
-Travel Fee is $100

3-4 bundles/pack hair is required for a full installation
2 bundles/pack hair for 14" or less
Bundle Hair Can Be Provided By The Stylist, But It Has To Be Purchased 5-7 Business days before your appointment on
Pack Hair/ Quick Weave Hair Suggestions : Milky Way Premium , Empire Hair , The Purple Pack, or Sensual Body Twist
Upon arrival, your temperature will be checked at the door. You must wear a mask during your service. Sanitation of space and tools will take place before and after each client. Thank you for taking precaution in keeping a safe environment and prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
NON REFUNDABLE Deposit For Every Service
The Deposit is 25% of your service
Remaining balance is to be paid in cash or card the day of your appointment. Card payments are paid with acuity(booking site) No other form of payment is accepted.
There Are No Refunds Unless The Stylist Is At Fault
